H - Our work in Counselling, Support and Training
Sometimes we experience difficulties in coping with our day to day lives. This may be due to current circumstances or things from our past. Often we resolve these issues ourselves or with the help of others. Occasionally it is helpful to talk to someone who is trained, objective and offers confidentiality, which is where we can help.
