Making A Purchase Making a purchase is simple; browse the store and add the items you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit/debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta, Electron). If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Delivery Schedule UK orders will normally be dispatched within 2 working days, but please allow up to 14 calendar days for delivery to cover any eventuality.
International orders sent by Air Mail are generally received within 14 days.
International orders sent by Surface Mail will be received in line with Royal Mail guidelines:
.Western Europe: Up to 2 weeks from date of posting
.Eastern Europe: Up to 5 weeks
.North America: Up to 6 weeks
.South America, Africa and Asia: Up to 8 weeks
.Australasia: Up to 12 weeks.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock and we do not expect any further stock to arrive, then we will offer you the option of another item of similar value and quality, or a refund.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT applies.
When ordering goods from CrossReach Trading Ltd for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact you local Customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from CrossReach Trading Ltd you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We would like our international customers and customers despatching products internationally to be aware that cross border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by Customs authorities.

Returns Policy Your satisfaction is important to us. We aim to ensure that goods are accurately described. Should any item fail to meet your expectations, simply return it to us within 14 days. We guarantee to replace or refund the purchase price.
Right to cancel
While we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us, you do have the right to cancel the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods; or in the event of multiple goods ordered by the consumer in one order and delivered separately, after 14 calendar days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us either by letter to CrossReach Trading Ltd, 47 Milton Road East, Edinburgh, EH15 2SR, or by Fax to 0131 657 5000, or by email to email@example.com of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement. You may use the model cancellation form shown below, but it is not obligatory.
You can also electronically fill in and submit the model cancellation form or any other clear statement on our website www.crossreach,org.uk/shop using the "Contact us" button. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation without delay.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than -
(a) 14 calendar days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 calendar days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 calendar days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or at 47 Milton Road East, Edinburgh, EH15 2SR, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.
If you are posting a return from within the UK we recommend that you obtain a proof of posting. If the value of your order is more than £20.00 then we suggest you use Special Delivery.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
Your rights to return goods are protected by The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
