Making A Purchase Making a purchase is simple; browse the store and add the items you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit/debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta, Electron). If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Delivery Schedule UK orders will normally be dispatched within 2 working days, but please allow up to 14 calendar days for delivery to cover any eventuality.
International orders sent by Air Mail are generally received within 14 days.
International orders sent by Surface Mail will be received in line with Royal Mail guidelines:
.Western Europe: Up to 2 weeks from date of posting
.Eastern Europe: Up to 5 weeks
.North America: Up to 6 weeks
.South America, Africa and Asia: Up to 8 weeks
.Australasia: Up to 12 weeks.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock and we do not expect any further stock to arrive, then we will offer you the option of another item of similar value and quality, or a refund.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT applies.
When ordering goods from CrossReach Trading Ltd for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact you local Customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from CrossReach Trading Ltd you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
