Little Marvels

One of our mums joined the group not long after her son was diagnosed with various complex needs, alongside recent family bereavements. She was struggling with her anxiety which resulted in her struggling to leave the house.  Health visitors, physiotherapists and our staff team all came together to support her and give her the confidence and practical ability to join Little Marvels.  After coming to the group, she said she felt immediately more relaxed and said she realised she wasn’t alone and there were other mums that were able to understand her struggles and support her with ideas and suggestions. 

Mums tell us it is a space they have needed but rarely found for children with complex needs. Having the space to let their children play and develop without judgement or expectations, but more importantly a space to spend time with Mums who have been on similar journeys as themselves.  A vital lifeline to so ma
